Motili On-Site allows contractors to easily and efficiently complete their work orders and quotes. On-Site is a mobile tool that lets contractors check-in, upload photos, add products, tag assets, complete checklists and communicate with Motili while they’re at a property. On-Site saves contractors valuable time by minimizing back-office work and facilitating easier communication with the Motili team.
Dashboard:
-View a list of all the work orders and quotes assigned to you
-Filter work orders and quotes by status, type or priority
-Search for specific work orders or quotes
Work Orders:
-View the work order address with map view and get directions
-Check-in while on-site
-View the details of the work order including: occupancy information, payout and instructions for entering the property
-Submit work orders after meeting all requirements and adding any necessary products
Photos:
-Add photos to the work order by uploading them from your phone’s library or by taking a photo in the app
-Photos can be deleted
Comments:
-Communicate back and forth with Motili for any questions on a work order
Line Items:
-Find and add products needed to repair or replace equipment at a property
Asset Tagging:
-Scan equipment QR codes
-Add equipment details like model number, serial number, manufacturer, age
-Rate the condition of the equipment
-Add qualitative description
-Upload photos of the equipment
